look of the week - business on the top, party on the bottom

I love this simple outfit on Rachel Bilson, she is one of my favorite style inspirations and this is a fun look for everyday errands and just being out and about.  The combination of a Chanel tailored jacket with jean shorts and booties works for her and I am thinking of doing a little recreation with my tailored blazer from Urban Outfitters and new jean shorts from Free People.
