cut it all off

While I am not a huge fan of shorts, lately I have noticed a massive surge in cutoff shorts on celebrities, bloggers, fashion magazines and websites.  It's enough to make me think they might be worth a try and I am already planning in my mind how to incorporate them into my summer wardrobe.

My favorite hands down are the Free People Cutoffs shown above - I like the combination of the light color, the natural looking tears and that they are slightly high waisted.  If you already have plain denim shorts or are just looking for something a little different I highly recommend looking into a pair of pale pink shorts like those seen here and here.
