collections - chloe resort 2012

I really fell for this collection the moment I saw it.  The beautiful flowy dresses, the 70's inspired pants and leather jacket in the most perfect corals, pistachios and beiges made me drool.  I would wear every piece and never want to take it off.

Chloe is in a transition between designers so the creation of this collection fell on the shoulders of the design team and I would say they more than lived up to the level of Chloe.  Fortunately the Chloe brand has always had strong designs and the era I think it most expresses, the 70's, is extremely popular right now so the design team didn't have to reach too far.  That being said I am beyond impressed of the collection they released without a strong voice guiding it and I am looking forward to seeing where Clare Waight Keller takes the brand for Spring 2012.
