a chill in the air

It has been pretty cold by California standards the last few days and yet I've been surprisingly happy about it as I have used it as an excuse to wear my faux fur coat as much as possible.  I absolutely love this coat and as someone who spends 95% of their life feeling cold there is nothing better than a warm fuzzy fur coat.  I also thought it was pretty funny that the palm trees and pool were the backdrop as it makes me look even more ridiculous wearing a fur coat in Southern California.  However, the one thing I've learned about style is that it doesn't matter if others think you look ridiculous, the only thing that matters is how you feel in your own clothes, and for me happiness is a faux fur coat in L.A.
